The tokens are intended to be used within the Shezhea NET ecosystem and for the services offered therein. The acquisition of $MAI tokens is not and should not be construed as an opportunity to invest for speculative purposes.
Regulatory Compliance: Shezhea NET is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in jurisdictions where it operates. However, the regulatory status of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is unsettled and rapidly evolving. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shezhea NET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to, use of, inability to access, or inability to use the $MAI tokens; (b) any third party conduct or content on the services associated with the $MAI tokens, including any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of third parties; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shezhea NET and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the $MAI tokens or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees.
Changes and Amendments: Shezhea NET reserves the right to modify, amend, or change this disclaimer at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of $MAI tokens following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms.
Refunds and OTC Trading: By accepting the refund deal provided by Shezhea NET Limited and all its involved parties, you agree to it being an airdrop as a community service and not a direct OTC or swap deal. You agree to not hold any legal claims against Shezhea NET Limited or any of its associated parties or entities regarding the Fjord Foundry project, its outcomes, or the nature of the refund process.
Waiver of Claims: By accepting this refund, you waive any right to pursue legal action or make claims against Shezhea NET Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or any other involved parties concerning the Fjord Foundry project.
Refund as Final Settlement: You acknowledge that the airdrop serves as a final settlement of any and all potential claims or disputes related to the Fjord Foundry investment. This refund is provided as a goodwill gesture and should not be interpreted as an admission of any wrongdoing or liability by Shezhea NET Limited or its associated parties.
Tax and Regulatory Compliance: You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the receipt of this refund. Shezhea NET Limited bears no responsibility for any tax liabilities you may incur.
No Further Obligations: Once the refund is processed, Shezhea NET Limited and its associated parties have no further financial or other obligations to you regarding the Fjord Foundry project.
Amendment and Termination of the Offer: Shezhea NET Limited reserves the right to amend the terms of the refund offer or terminate it at any time without prior notice. However, once a refund has been accepted and processed, the terms at the time of acceptance will apply.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with this refund will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing law jurisdiction.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By accepting the refund, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You also affirm that you are accepting the refund of your own free will and not under duress or undue influence.
